Leseur NP
I reached my maximum nights in Eneabba and headed south to Leseur National Park. Once again the wind and rain battled me and I spent a few days hidden away in the library of Jurien Bay. Despite that, I did go on some fabulous walks where I found even more new orchids and met a bunch of other flower enthusiasts. We traded locations of favorite flowers and it was such a treat. They told me about a location for the Northern Queen of Sheeba a flower I've been hoping to find for the last couple weeks abs has been on my list for months. I did finally fond it returning on a day trip to Eneabba. I was so excited to find the beautiful yellow and purple spotted flower.
One sunny day I spent lounging in the heated pool, which was so lovely. It was a restful few days.
Another day I went to Pincles national park where these amazing rocks pop out of yellow sand dunes high above the ocean. There are many theories of the rock towers, but they believe it’s calcified remains of ancient trees worn by the movement of the dunes. As the sands shifts the dunes hide some rock pillars and expose others. It’s absolutely fascinating
